I had the serpentine belt changed. They did an excellent job and had the truck ready in a couple of hours. Not to mention they charged far less than anyone else in the area. Thanks

Fantastic service. Been coming here for the past six years. Mostly for maintnance. But, when my Smarts needed parts and labor due to wear and tear, they did a fantastic job. Thank you Wendy.

Brought my F-250 in for suspension work and general maintenance, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and honesty something that's getting harder to find these days in auto shops. The team at Ultimate Performance really knows their stuff. They did a full inspection, gave me a clear rundown of what needed attention now and what could wait, and didn't try to push anything extra. The repair was done on time, the price was more than fair, and the truck rides like a dream now. They even went the extra mile and tightened up a loose heat shield I didn’t mention no charge. That kind of care and attention to detail says a lot about how they run their business. If you want honest, high-quality work from people who actually care about what they do, this is the place.

I don't usually leave reviews, but Ultimate Performance Auto and Truck Repair absolutely earned this one. I brought in my truck after dealing with a persistent engine issue that two other shops couldn't figure out. Not only did these guys diagnose the problem quickly, but they also took the time to explain it to me in plain English no upselling, no pressure, just honest, straightforward service. The staff is knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. You can tell they take pride in their work. They even called me with updates during the repair, which I really appreciated. My truck was done ahead of schedule and has been running smooth ever since. Fair pricing, professional service, and actual results this place is a rare find. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend!

I recently had my truck serviced at Ultimate Performance Auto and Truck Repair, and overall, I’m quite impressed with their work. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean, and they made sure to explain exactly what my truck needed before starting any work, which I really appreciated. The repair took a bit longer than expected, but they kept me updated throughout the process, which helped ease my mind. The pricing was fair considering the quality of the work done, and they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. My truck is running better than ever now! That being said, the shop can get busy, so it’s a good idea to schedule ahead of time if you can. The only downside I would mention is that their communication could be slightly more streamlined, I had to call a couple of times for updates, but nothing major. Overall, I’ll definitely be returning for future services. It's clear that they know their stuff and genuinely care about getting your vehicle back to optimal performance.
